Hamilton Fire Department and Hamilton police department faced off in a the first annual "Ryan's Cup" hockey game to benefit Ryan Schultz, a young Hamilton resident stricken with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Proceeds from the fundraiser, went towards "Ryan's Quest," a nonprofit organization started by Ryan's parents, Maria and David, in the hopes of raising awareness and funding research to find a cure for their son. The final score of the game resulted in Fire Beating PD by a score of 4-3.
